How do I create an account or sign in?

Open the DeepSire app and follow the on-screen sign-in or registration steps. If you cannot receive a verification code, check your phone number or email, wait a few minutes, and try again. Still stuck? Email us with your registered phone or email address (do not send passwords).

How do I use a digital companion?

After signing in, create or choose a digital companion in the app. You can chat, leave memories, and continue the same companion on a compatible device that is linked to your account.

How do I check my device setup?

• Sight: connect the frame to Wi-Fi and sign in with the same DeepSire account used in the app.
• Wait for avatar generation to finish and keep the phone and frame online. The avatar syncs automatically.
• Touch and other devices: follow the guide for your model; their connection steps may differ.

How do I delete my account or data?

You can request account deletion from in-app settings, or email support@deepsire.com from the address or phone number linked to the account.
